If you are referring to the C & A tier level BOGO benefit, it is for D+ only.

I'm pretty sure celebrity elites get the BOGO. Oh well, maybe I can negotiate a sale.......

Negotiations would be needed as Celebrity Elites do not get the BOGO on RCI. Nor do they get it on Celebrity that I am aware of. The only benefit with specialty restaurants that I know of on Celebrity is a 15% discount as Elite +, per the benefits description under the Captains Club tab on the Celebrity website.

 

And in terms of tier level reciprocity, Diamond and Diamond+ on RCI are both Elite on Celebrity, just as Elite and Elite+ on Celebrity are both Diamond on RCI.
