Sitzmark Posted April 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2017 does guest services make change? For example, a twenty into a ten a five and five ones.
firemanbobswife Posted April 9, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2017 Go to the casino cage or self service kiosks. You'll save yourself some time.
mishka422 Posted April 9, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 9, 2017 The kiosk will do that for you. It makes a 20 into 2 10s, then you put one 10 in and it makes 2 5s, and so on. Sent from my SM-G925V using Forums mobile app
Sitzmark Posted April 9, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted April 9, 2017 I'm not interested in spending any time in the Casino and according to Carnivals website the smallest bill dispensed at a kiosk is a five, so I guess we'll just make a trip to the bank before we leave. OCruisers Posted April 10, 2017 #5 Share Posted April 10, 2017 No Problem! At the Purser's Desk (Guest Relations) they will break down your larger bills for you. :D

You don't need to set up an account at the casino or play any games to make change at the casino cage. They will be happy to give you change for your larger bills. We bring 100's and 50's and get them changed to smaller denominations during the cruise at Guest Services.

Don't have to spend time in casino, just go to cage and get change. Shorter line than at GS.

If it keeps me out of the gas chamber they call a casino the line is worth it.
beshears Posted April 12, 2017 #13 Share Posted April 12, 2017 Yes, but as someone has mentioned, you may have a longer line to wait in. Also, just in case you do not know this, if you want (before the last day or when you receive your bill in your room) to pay the bill off in CASH at the Pursers Desk, they accept it that way. I don't always do that, but when I get home, I KNOW I don't have a credit card bill that will be coming, as I paid it off. :) Makes one less bill to pay when they come in the mail.
