cruzgryphon Posted April 21, 2017 #7 Share Posted April 21, 2017 If you're a Starwoods Preferred Guest member and have points look into the Sheraton Downtown. Just a few blocks to Pike Place Market and other sites. Convenient to Westlake Centre and transportation. A bit away from Pier 91 (Royal Caribbean's Pier). punkinlr Posted April 21, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 21, 2017 We always stay at the Mayflower Park Hotel. It's downtown, within walking distance to the Pike's Market, the Aquarium, some amazing restaurants., etc. You can also take the metro from to and from the airport for cheap if you don't mind rolling your luggage, and you can take it all the way down to 1/2 block from the hotel. They also have a nice military rate if anyone in your group qualifies.
lattelady Posted April 21, 2017 #9 Share Posted April 21, 2017 We are staying at the Mayflower Park in June. We liked the fact that it was right next to the train to the airport as well as the monorail, and easy-peasy walking around downtown. Added plus for some in our party is they have some rooms with two queens and two baths.

PNW Traveler Posted April 22, 2017 #12 Share Posted April 22, 2017 Based on the recommendation of a friend, we booked the Edgewater. The location is great and it looks amazing. Does anyone have any experience with this hotel? We are locals and the Edgewater is our favorite Seattle hotel. Its northwest style and boutique hotel ambiance set it apart from the downtown chain hotels. Its location on the waterfront is ideal for strolling style sightseeing, not to mention the nearby restaurants, Pike Place Market, and Seattle Aquarium. The Edgewater is not a budget hotel, but certainly a good choice for a special vacation.
