Depends on the ship -

The bigger ships have unisex facilities but some of the smaller ships such as Jade, have separate saunas, Jacuzzis, rest loungers etc.

The Pearl has separate saunas and steam room, cold plunge and a therapy bath, and the heated lounges, therapy pool and hot tub are co-ed.

EPIC will have two steam/saunas in the single sex locker rooms and then two co-ed in the main spa area.

Guess it would depend on your ship. On the Breakaway the thermal suite is co-ed including the various rooms. Everyone is wearing swimsuits.

Everything will be co-ed. Dry sauna, wet sauna, steam room, salt bath. hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi. Everyone will have swim suits on.

Been a while since we were on the star so I won't comment there. The Spirit does not have a thermal suite. There are small saunas and steamrooms in the locker rooms for use free of charge,,,, but they tend to get crowded (because they are free).
