A few comments:

5.26% of the time, when either 0 or 00 would come up, you would receive back $350 in regular chips and $10 of your original promo chips - thus could cash in $350.

94.74% of the time when either red or black would come up, you would receive back $140 in regular chips and $140 of your original promo chips - thus could only cash in $140.

Roulette has a house advantage of about 5.26% while craps has less than 1.5%, so you would be better off playing craps and betting on either the Pass Line or the Don't Pass Line.

If red or black came up you would receive $140 in cash chips and retain 140 in promotional chips surely.

we received ship credit for our up coming cruise...

Is there anything I can't use it for??

One thing you CAN use it for (this is new as of the last few weeks) is for Celebrity sponsored shore excursions booked prior to the cruise.

Having previously posted that you keep the promo chips when you win and thus cannot cash out everything on the first play if red or black comes up, lets extend the system to more plays and see what could happen:

Let's first assume that the green 0 00 bets never come up

Bets on Red Black 0 00

1st play 140 140 10 10 -- pocket 140 regular chips and bet the remaining 140 promos

2nd play 60 60 10 10 ---- pocket 60 regular chips and bet the remaining 60 promos

3rd play 20 20 10 10 ----- pocket 20 regular chips and bet the remaining 20 promos

final play 0 0 10 10

You pocketed 220 to cash in and lost 80 on the green bets.

However, your 8 green bets have almost a 20% chance of winning once!

So this system has a guaranteed minimum return of 220 cash out of 300 obc and about a 20% chance of being able to cash out 350 or more.

In case you wondered, there is about a 4.5% chance that no greens come up in the first 3 plays, but you hit a green on the fourth play - for a total cash out of 570 and one remaining promo to keep as a souvenir!
