CAS representative...find name?

Hi Folks,

Is there any way to see the name of a Casinos at Sea Representative that booked a cruise for us? I thought I might see that information on the invoice somewhere or perhaps in the booked cruise information under MY NCL but I don't see it anywhere.

Reason I ask is that I have always just called and booked with whoever answered the phone before. This last time the CAS Rep. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...more than others in the past...but me being a dummy I didn't catch the name. I'm guessing I could just call and ask....but still wondering if the name is staring me in the face somewhere and I just don't see it.

TIA

I like Timothy. When we spoke last, a couple of months ago, he was extremely knowledgable.

And I think Timothy *may* be the winner. The name does sound vaguely familiar..so it could very well be him.

Guess I will call tomorrow and ask..just to be sure. ;)

Usually, if you book by phone, they will send a confirmation email with the reservation as an attachment. Their name is on the email.

Pat

Thanks Pat...was hoping...but the last 2 emails I rec'd from them with reservation info and amenities both had from.. as being:

Norwegian Cruise Line (donotreply@ncl.com)

When I booked just a few weeks ago for September Patrick emailed me the confirmation but also his direct contact info. When NCL changed promo and added obc I called him directly and was able to get it added. I have his info saved on my desktop and can message it to you tomorrow if you need it.

Weird, because mine are confirmed y the CAS rep I book with.

Possibly it's because I ask them to confirm immediately. I do this in case of error and, yes, it happened before to me.

I ususally get my confirmation while I'm on the phone with them and we go over it to make sure everything is correct. Could just be how the rep sends it out whether it has their name on it or not.

Might be Alan. He has been the best one I've dealt with there.

Would have to disagree.....as per a recommendation from one of my fellow gamblers and wanting to find a "better" CAS representative than the ones that I have used over the past 5-6 years....I contacted Alan and was told that he could NOT quote me for another cruise as I had to finish the b2b booked for 4/14/17. OK.....I get that BUT I also e mailed him to inquire if I could put a deposit on my next b2b and then have CAS take over as I wanted secure the same cabin in order NOT to have to pack and unpack...

NO ANSWER! Despite two more e mails.....I seriously thought that this guy must not be working for CAS anymore! FAst forward and I went back to my OLD rep.....and booked the next b2b yesterday....

So my thoughts on "Alan" are not so good....
