MSc for Me app

Whoever you booked with should be able to submit your request for a change. You can also see the maitreD at the assigned time on embarkation.

With regards to the excursions: it would seem that all the excursions available are on the app, but I haven't compared each of them to the website so can't say for certain. Also, MSC offer "Explorer Formula" packages whereby they bundle a number of excursions together and sell for a discount on what they would cost individually. I didn't see that being offered on the app.

The situation with the buggy may be slightly different to using a wheelchair as the dynamics aren't the same. You can remove the child from the buggy when getting on/off buses, etc. You can always discuss this with the excursion reps - they're best placed to deal with your query.

Just tried checking in via the app - when I get to the bed type (double or twin) it gives an error message and I can't proceed - any ideas anyone?

The app has a few glitches. I have differing info on my iPad and android phone.

I was able to choose the bed type. Now that I have less than 48 hours 'til boarding I can no longer make any changes/inputs so can't check and see if your problem is app-wide or not.
