Yes, they have unsweetened almond milk available in the Terrace when we sailed on the Insignia last month. You just have to ask the server.

My heavens, I will be very impressed if you are able & disciplined enough to stick with your shakes while on an Oceania cruise. I use Isagenix and it hasn't even crossed my mind to take it with me in September - I actually am excited about the prospect of eating instead of drinking breakfast & lunch for a change lol

I'm certainly going to try. I will allow myself a cheat day every now and then. After 16 days on Sirena I'll come home 20 pounds heavier if I don't.

After 22 days onboard last year I came home with 6 extra lbs but they left within a week or so of not having several desserts everyday :D

I have never gained more than 2 pounds on an Oceania cruise and my blood work had improved. It is possible to eat a healthy and balanced diet on Oceania cuisine. The 2 pounds were due to daily ice cream. :D
