Yes, they have unsweetened almond milk available in the Terrace when we sailed on the Insignia last month. You just have to ask the server.

My heavens, I will be very impressed if you are able & disciplined enough to stick with your shakes while on an Oceania cruise. I use Isagenix and it hasn't even crossed my mind to take it with me in September - I actually am excited about the prospect of eating instead of drinking breakfast & lunch for a change lol
