Global Entry out of Amsterdam?

We need to clarify a couple of things. I think your first question is, is there "pre-clearance" in AMS. That is where Americans meet their Immigration and Customs requirements before they actually touch US soil, thus making their flight essentially a domestic flight to the US. There are a number of Canadian airports that have this, but I believe in Europe, there is only two Irish airports that have "pre-clearance".

Then, the second question, if there is "pre-clearance", do they have Global Entry? But, again, I don't believe AMS has pre-clearance.

Thank you. This is pretty much what I thought. Wish it did apply as it certainly makes life easier. We flew back from Dublin last year and they did have it. Just got off the plane in Chicago with no customs or immigrations, just like a domestic flight. It was nice!!
