Royal Caribbean Website still down?

Recommended Posts

It's 2 weeks now and I still can't get onto Royal Caribbeans website to look for a future cruise. I get onto their main page and when I go to find cruises, it says webpage not found. I can always book a cruise by calling them but if I need to go onto their website to do online check in, I wont be able to or pick an excursion or do anything else for that matter. Does anyone else have that same problem?

I couldn't login to My Cruises and Crown & Anchor yesterday. I then tried to reset my password and it didn't work either. Rang customer care and they told me there is problems with the site and I had to email Crown & Anchor to rest my password.

I really feel bad for those that have issues. I use Chrome exclusively for all web browsing and have never had an issue with their website, outside of the occasional endless adding of a zero to my reservation number, which prevents me from getting into my booking. Even that, though, is usually cleared up by re-starting Chrome. Perhaps try doing it through Chrome going forward.
