Royal Caribbean Website still down?

It's 2 weeks now and I still can't get onto Royal Caribbeans website to look for a future cruise. I get onto their main page and when I go to find cruises, it says webpage not found. I can always book a cruise by calling them but if I need to go onto their website to do online check in, I wont be able to or pick an excursion or do anything else for that matter. Does anyone else have that same problem?

I have been pricing cruises with no issues. Have you cleared your browsing history, cleared cookies and cache in the last two weeks? Makes a huge difference for me if I clean everything up.

They should have a notification on the website for when it's working. It'd be less hassle if the norm was for people to expect it not to be working

We couldn't get in to our reservation today, I called them and they "unlocked" the account. not sure what that means but I was able to access it then. Maybe try calling if you're logged in and trying to look.

Delete all the cookies on the browser, then it will work, or you can use incognito window, since I've done that, I can get into the website, after months of trying

Try using a different browser. I've encountered the same problem you've encountered a few times and it worked fine when I switched browsers (IE to Chrome or vice versa).

I couldn't login to My Cruises and Crown & Anchor yesterday. I then tried to reset my password and it didn't work either. Rang customer care and they told me there is problems with the site and I had to email Crown & Anchor to rest my password. :mad:

I was able to get into Booking today on Bing. No luck on Safari or Firefox.

On iPad and iPhone I found that safari won't work and get that exact error. So I use Firefox, works perfectly.

I had that problem and when I switched to Chrome, I got right on.

I really feel bad for those that have issues. I use Chrome exclusively for all web browsing and have never had an issue with their website, outside of the occasional endless adding of a zero to my reservation number, which prevents me from getting into my booking. Even that, though, is usually cleared up by re-starting Chrome. Perhaps try doing it through Chrome going forward.
