Hi, does anyone have an idea how long after a cruise you might expect to have your unspent obc refunded. Thanks

Only refundable OBC is refunded. I think it takes about 6 weeks

Left the ship on May 13 and had our check before June. It comes in plain envelope so sort your mail carefully.

It depends. I've had it take as long as 6 weeks and I've had it come in as quickly as 2 weeks. I suspect it may be largely dependent on how many people are available in the handling office to do the work coupled with how many people from the various ships who have refundable OBC. One thing to be careful of is not recognizing the envelope that the check comes in as it may, to some people, look like junk mail. I'll attach a scan of what the envelope looks like so you will recognize it when it arrives.

Sorry with my wife I never had this problem. My OBC is usually gone by the time I filled out the health form at the pier. :)

We pulled out our OBC in the casino the night before we disembarked, so we had it when we left the ship.

Depends how hard it is to deposit/cash a check for US$

Recently I hadn't received a cheque after 5 weeks, so telephoned the Southampton office and a cheque in pounds (£) arrived the next week.
