Problems entering information for VISA Points Redemption?

I have tried several times to enter the information for OBC on our upcoming Freedom Cruise on October 22. Every time I try I get the message that the sail date is not in the right format dd/mm/yyyy. I keep putting it in correctly, but it just keeps kicking it back. I have never had this problem redeeming points before. Has anyone else had this problem lately? The sailing is in 6 weeks. I will probably have to call the redemption desk on Tuesday.

Are you sure it isn't dd/mm/yyyy?

That is what I was wondering, but the message was for the other format. I admit that I didn't try it that way.

 

Edit - tried the other format and it still doesn't work. I will call tomorrow. Thanks.

As stated above, I tried it several times exactly as the message told me, then tried it the other way. No difference It didn't work. I will call the redemption center after the holiday weekend and let them figure it out.

That happened to me too. I tried putting in only yy and it worked for me.

I just did a redemption and originally put in yyyy and I got an error that it was just yy. Worked when I corrected it.

I like to redeem at least two weeks before the cruise so there's time to call in case there is a problem.
