Froggitt Posted September 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Sailaway Balcony and Promotional rates and offers are excluded on this category (BX). What exactly is excluded? I thought all the offers were gone now. Is all the Premium All Inclusive included? Also what's the difference to a Balcony Guarantee?
casofilia Posted September 25, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Do Guarantees ever carry any perks? I thought not.
Tiggertastic Posted September 25, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 25, 2017 They do not include the drinks, gratuities etc on a guarantee. It's an option to allow you to book at a cheaper rate but without drinks etc Sent from my iPad using Forums
Froggitt Posted September 26, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted September 26, 2017 Is Premium All Inclusive a perk? Or is it the minimum level of cruise fare?
Kirkyjnr Posted September 26, 2017 #5 Share Posted September 26, 2017 I want to know the answer to this also as it states its available to 'ALL bookings' and doesn't give the usual 'offer excluded on sail away rate' which appear on the new 'all inclusive plus' and latitude rewards t&cs. Which makes it sound like all inclusive is available at Sailaway rate??
Blondie008 Posted September 26, 2017 #6 Share Posted September 26, 2017 I checked this for a friend who was considering cruising with us. The sailaway rate under the new premium AI does include the same premium all inclusive as "regular" bookings do. You just don't get to choose your cabin its allocated for you. I am so confused with this, I asked an agent she said it does include drinks etc, however I did dummy booking and rate showed noweigan rate" not premium all inclusive. Sorry no he didnt - he went for an assigned balcony. But we did ask the question and were told yes, premium inclusive. Best to give them a call direct and ask to be 100% sure. lujaha Posted October 30, 2017 #12 Share Posted October 30, 2017 We have a guarantee balcony cabin on the Epic 5th November transatlantic. All cabin classes, on UK bookings are all inclusive, you have no choice on that. We also went to the presentation back in April when they told us all about the new Premium All inclusive. Assuming you booked after this promotion started then you will get all the perks. I personally preferred it when you got a choice of perks as the prices for the cruises have rocketed with the new deal.
Highpeaklad Posted October 30, 2017 #13 Share Posted October 30, 2017 All UK bookings get the all inclusive package. The offers excluded from the BX category are when they have a sale saying £200 off all new bookings and similar.
llollipoppi Posted November 4, 2017 #14 Share Posted November 4, 2017 Hello, I'm about to book a sail away balcony for my friend. Does it say on the invoice that she will be premium all-inclusive as it just states Norwegian rate
