Printing Luggage Tags

For the life of me I can not figure out how to print my luggage tags...when I click print it wants to print 2 pages, one with the ship and cabin info and another page with the color and name info, Please HELP I'm ready to scream, lol.

But - sometimes you can set to print to PDF and then print that.

In the section below your name is the section about the ship, name, sailing date, etc. To the right is a pictograph of a suitcase and “print luggage tags here”. Hope you find it. J

I open the PDF and try to print it. If I can't, I use the snipping tool to capture it into a Word document or Google doc.

You can also print each part (front and back) separately and put them back to back.

 

Now I use cruise tag luggage tags with clear plastic pockets.

 

Before that I used clear packing tape and enclosed the two sides within the tape after looping it through a luggage handle.

When you are on the Print screen, I changed the scale from 100% down to 87% and then it would print on one page.

Same thing happened to me! I ended up printing one, then putting it back thru the printer to add the color or the printing to them. No idea why it was happening that way.

The other possibility is to "FIT TO PAGE"

There is no need to print your luggage tags. Just find a porter when you're checking in and they'll use tags that actually work.

Thank you so much for posting this! I checked mine after reading this and I couldn't get mine to print correctly either! I ended up using the one posters tip about screen shot printing it into a word document and that worked for me. As always, tons of helpful info on this website!!

Thanks for the help, my husband ended up using some program to print the tags. I was using a MAC that could have been the problem.
