Major Change to Drink Packages

As the original poster, my friend is cruising with us in a cabin where she will be with another friend who does not want the Drink Package. She contacted Royal Caribbean (the number listed with the Drink Packages) and was told that they could not make an exception to the policy. Do you have a better number for her to call?

How did she phrase her request when she called? I would have her call C&A and just say that she can't drink because of medical reasons.

The number is not the issue, the CSR is. Just call back and you'll probably get a different answer.
