cruzilove Posted October 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 19, 2017 My husband and i will be sailing on Grandeur of the Seas and are interested in obtaining one of the bungalows and have a few questions and would like any additional information you may have to give: 1. Can Diamond Plus members rent one? 2. Which one, in your opinion, is the best one to rent? 3. Do you get bar service? 4. Does the drink package work on the island? 5. Is food served? Thank you
Clarea Posted October 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 19, 2017 The drink package does work on the island, though not for drinks in souvenir cups. You may have to go to a bar to get a drink without the special cup.
Jerseygirl1416 Posted October 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2017 Anyone can rent a bungalow. These are different from the suite only Cabanas. Here’s a review from someone who actually rented one. It may answer your other questions.https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2467834&highlight=Coco+cay+bungalow

samiam0403 Posted October 28, 2017 #5 Share Posted October 28, 2017 We rented a bungalow in March of this year on our music charter cruise - food other than the included buffet is provided. You'll receive a packet in your room with instructions on when/how to pre-order your food. They'll deliver it to your bungalow in the early afternoon. We ordered salads, nachos, tacos, and various desserts. Sorry I don't remember what else was available. You'll also get to select your bungalow when you turn in your food order the night before. (At least that's how it was done on Enchantment.) And we had to go and get our own drinks, if I remember correctly. But I think we just stuck with the provided water bottles. It was our recovery day.;p
