You should be OK with a flight at noon or later out of Newark (EWR).

I just got off on Saturday, and you could get off the ship at 7 am. I got off at 8:30 and was home at the Jersey Shore at 9:45. If the ship docks on time you should be fine with a noon flight.

 

Newark airport is only about 20 minutes away without traffic or construction.

12pm flight, you've got plenty of time. Newark airport is approx. 15-20 minutes from Bayonne port. If you arrive during the weekday, allow a bit of extra time due to traffic.
