What is the current OBC for booking a JS for a 7 night cruise while on board,please? This is for a refundable rate.

That document says the travel agent who booked your current cruise will get credit for the cruise booked while on board. Will the travel agent then give you whatever promotion they have going? What is your experience? For example, if the travel agent is offering you $400 OBC to book through them, will you still get the $400 OBC from the travel agent? If you booked the original cruise through an online travel agent would you be able to see the new cruise booking by logging in to your account with the travel agent?

Whether the travel agent gives you any perk is between you and the agent. Best to either ask the agent in advance of making the booking or tell the people on board that you don't want to use a travel agent. If you do the latter, you have 60 days after booking to shop around travel agents and transfer to the one of your choice.
