POM parking questions

Literally asking for a friend...she is in South Central Florida and will sailing out of POM. She has asked me for parking ideas... is the POM parking the best choice or is there a better option?

OPTION ... consider renting a car one way and returning it in Miami and renting another for the drive back.

Most people on these boards (including me) would recommend POM parking. Tops in convenience and safety.

Just parked at POM last week for 10 days. Rate is now $22 a day but its secure and monitored and close to the cruise terminals.

Driving from anywhere in FLA to Miami for a cruise I would price out two one-way car rentals compared to the cost of parking. National, Alamo, Thrifty and Enterprise offer free shuttle service between their MIA airport location and POM ;)
