Oh yes, it most certainly is.

Norwegian's Ultimate Beverage Package includes a variety of spirits, cocktails, wines by the glass and bottled or draft beer up to and including $15 USD and unlimited fountain soda and juices at all bars, lounges, restaurants and the Great Stirrup Cay.

 

If the drink is over $15ea., you would pay the difference plus 20% on the difference. A $20 shot would cost $5 plus 20% ($6).

Nope. Just the standard NCL bar menu. If you really want craft beer on NCL, you need to go on the Escape or the new Bliss to the district brew house. As an example, they only have draft beer at O'Sheehan's, and there are 4 of them.

On our Escape trip two weeks ago, the menu listed four draft beers but they only had two.
