Car Rental at Port Miami

We will be sailing on Grandeur the first week of November. While docked in Miami on the 4th of November, which is a Sunday, we would like to rent a car so we can visit friends about an hour away. Are there any rental companies that operate on Sunday and provide shuttle service?

Airport locations are a 15 minute ride away and open 7 days a week. National, Alamo, Thrifty and Enterprise offer free shuttle service between POM and their MIA airport location.
