Restaurant price drop

Last week I booked Giovanni's table for 2 separate nights for my cruise next week. Check the website this morning and the price for Giovanni's dropped $8 per person. I would cancel and rebook, however the reservation times available are horrible and don't want to lose the times that I already have. Is there a way to get the difference credited back? Any other way to get the new discounted price?

The only way is to cancel and rebook.

This doesn't directly coincide with the OP's thread; however, food for thought:

During our boarding on Brilliance last Summer, I was extremely happy I didn't book ahead for Chef's Table because this guy kept asking us to consider going....realizing it seemed he wanted to haggle his offer, I said "tell you what, give us a BOGO deal and we'll do it" he wanted our cabin #.....later that afternoon he called and said YES.....maybe this is rare, may have been a time when he wanted more bookings, but we made out big time.

Called Pre-Cruise Planner Dept.(800) 398-9819. Saw discount for Giovanni's Table ($28 per) but could not get decent time on-line. Called them directly and the agent was able to get me a table for 9 (3 children) for 6:30 pm for April 4 on Allure.
