I wouldn't ask a staff member to " hop " down 8 decks to retrieve one dessert from the main galley that is not on the steakhouse menu, it's pushy and selfish.

Or it’s just asking for something you would like, they most likely would call for a runner. Don’t worry, he wouldn’t have to actually “run” or “hop”. He would just bring it up.

The steakhouse has a NEW menu and the chocolate dessert looks waaaaay better than CMC.

its available every night in the main dining room. (i also think its on the buffet) but the steak place desserts are sooooo much better then the diniing room

We were able to do this on our Breeze cruise. They also brought us the soup that my daughter so desperately wanted to try. We tipped a large amount to each of the 2 staff who went above and beyond. It made for an extremely wonderful evening

I've read that people are often too full from the meal to enjoy dessert. If you have anytime dining you could always go to MDR later in the evening after dinner has settled some and get the WCMC there (no need to get a full meal).
