Booked a December Eastern Caribbean

I was shocked to recently shop for a cruise and find balcony cabins on RCI oasis class priced similarly to what a Carnival cruise would have been a year ago. Question is, are the ports functioning and is crime an issue right now on the Eastern side? I was shocked to have booked at $500/pp on an OV Balcony out the door with generous OBC offers, I just don't know if we're in for a surprise when we arrive at PR and St M.

My math is off, sorry I meant $740/pp roughly after taxes.

 

Expedia is offering $200 OBC for using a MasterCard on top of the $100 OBC for booking 6 months out. Ebates is also offering 10% cash back.

I've booked some very cheap cruises the first 2 weeks of December. It's an off peak time for the cruise lines.
