I'm so excited..we sail in 27 days. The Miracle is one that I haven't been on. We really wanted to book the interior w/ French Doors so we did ...I hope we like it because we booked the same type cabin for our 2019 Alaskan Cruise. Is the Casino a good size? New or old machines??? And did I hear the Serenity area has a pool in it on the Miracle?

Did you happen to take any pictures of any of the menus? We're there any type of fun events during the day? What is this free bottle of house wine you speak of? Do they still do any type of midnight buffet?

No pics of menus. Sorry. There are activities all day long- bingo, trivia, music, art auctions, mixology contests, etc. Check out your Fun Times hand out every night. We were never up late enough to know that, but I don’t think so on the buffet. I didn’t get a free bottle of wine. I think that was another poster.

I'll answer you. We have stayed in a 4K on Miracle in between lifeboats 3 times so far and always enjoy the light and fresh air at a bargain price. I hope you will as well.

Yes, the Serenity Area has a pool and two hot tubs with adjacent showers and lots of clam shells to while away the hours.

We don't gamble and the smoke compels us to walk through the casino as quickly as we can, which is quick!

Have a wonderful cruise and I hope you come back and share your first 4K experience with us here on the Carnival board.

Bon Voyage!

This was the menu in the dining room for the final night of our cruise. There was a free bottle of wine in the steakhouse for the first 2 nights of the cruise. The hours for the late night buffet were 11.30 pm to 1.00 am in the Horatio's Restaurant on the Lido deck.

We were on the Miracle 2/10 and they were literally installing NEW slots as we were boarding. They were up and running (took all of my $) by the time the casino opened that night.

What time did boarding begin? I think we have 10:30 check In. Thanks

I just got off the Miracle too. I had an 11:30am check in and was able to board right away after check in. No one was waiting to board when we got to the check in area so boarding must have begun at or before 11:00am or so.

They did a midnight buffet. Not sure that it was every day though. Amazing deserts when I saw it.

Did you debark self-assist or regular? Was it organized well? We will be on the June 17 sailing. Thanks.

I did self-assist. It was good. On deck 7 we were announced just after the predicted 8:30am. Adam the cruise director said they had a lot of trouble with people from other decks trying to leave at the wrong time. Debarkation went smoothly. No large lines. Just checked my uber account and I was in a car by 9:24am. Think it took about 20 minutes for the uber to come so it was probably about 30 minutes from the time we were announced until we were out of the terminal.

The safe depends on the cabin. We had keypad in Vista suite, kids had swipe in balcony cabins. We were all on deck 5.

We are in a balcony on Deck 4...unobstructed view. Will bring an old card to use just in case.

I was in cabin 7299.

Sunonfire....We are booked for July 1, and our cabin is right near that one (though an interior). What can you tell me is good about being in that location on the ship, and what would be some cons. Are the elevators noisy, is there a lot of foot traffic? What about motion.

Thanks!

We really liked it. 2 decks up and you were right at the Lido. If you went down you were directly in front of the main dining room. This was our 2nd time on a spirit class ship in that location. I found it to be very quiet. We never heard slamming cabin doors. We never even heard people in the hallways. There was some talk on the ship about the motion and waves but we did not feel or notice in our cabin. My son had an interior cabin 15 cabins away and they had no complaints. This is a very easy ship to get around. Basically the entertainment was up front and food was in the rear. We would sail her again! Later in the season she will be switching to Sunday to Sunday which we would prefer - less traffic on Sunday.

We are sailing on the Miracle May 6th. Do you remember from which deck the tender at grand cayman was and also about how many step there were into and out of the tender? Checking for someone in our group. Thank You!

Since you were aft, did you notice this "vibration" I keep reading about. I've only been on one cruise ship before, and so I don't know if this is just people overreacting or if it truly is as bad as people are saying (causing doors to rattle, things falling off tables)

I recently sailed on the Miracle. One great thing about taking a tender from the Miracle was the fact that the elevators went directly to the tender deck which was "A". I have been on many ships where you have to walk down a flight of stairs - that is a pain! There was a straight "walk" gangway to the tender but once on the tender there were 2 steps down. Be very careful when returning to the ship. The gangway rises and falls with the waves. The gangway raised up as I was boarding the ship and I hit my head (luckily I had a hat on) and jammed my neck. I'm only 5' 1" tall. I did seek medical attention on the ship. The staff was very attentive.

I read the same comments that you have - so I was very concerned. There was some vibration in the main dining room during dinner one night. We were on the lower deck of the dining room the towards the rear. I am a prolific walker and I walked all over that ship and I did not notice any out of the ordinary ship vibration. One day I could feel the motion of the ship all the way forward but that was the waves. My son was on deck 7 right in the middle with an interior room. He did not feel anything different than any other cruise ship he has been on. One night my balcony door rattled once but we had not shut the door all the way. We had a lot of counter space in our cabin - nothing ever moved on the counter. I would definitely sail on the Miracle again.
