Hi! Anybody know the recipe for the French Caribbean? Basically a mango daiquiri with a float of Chambord?

Don't know the amounts, but watched it being made. They used Bols Crème de Cassis, not Chambord.

 

Pour Bols Crème de Cassis into a glass.

Blend Ice, Mango frozen mix, and Malibu Coconut Rum.

Dupm blended ice over Bols Crème de Cassis.

Pour a floater of Bols Crème de Cassis over the top.

Enjoy!!!

Blend passion fruit purée, coconut rum with ice.

Pour Chambord in bottom of glass, top with rum mixture. Delish!! My favorite. 🌴☀️🍹:cool:

My wife had one on our Solstice cruise in April - I had to taste it.... was very nice so I ordered myself one!

Mango frozen mix? Is it in a can like margarita mix? On the ship, they use a carton (like a quart milk carton) of "pulpy" mango puree.

I've searched everywhere but can't find it. It's very thick, not a juice.

Tell me where you get it......thanks

You use passion fruit mixer (Amazon). Coconut rum, regular rum and ice. Blend and add a drizzle of chamborg to the top of the glass

Yes, we have trained several bartenders on various lines and ships to make these. Try a PEACH one instead of Mango.. YUUMMMMMM !!

Mine too - but never managed to get one on a Celebrity ship 😞

I asked for one a couple of weeks ago in the Martini bar ion the  Silhouette and got it! They were very strong however so had to limit my intake lol.
