Kiwi Kruzer Posted February 24, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2018 Voyager is at the OPT and Solstice is moored in the harbour at Athol Buoy....out of sight of the cams. Where do the passengers for Solstice come ashore? Are they dis/embarking today or is it just a port call day?

Hi Kiwi Kruger, I have seen Tender Boats from Moored Cruise Ships either Tender to the Steps near the Overseas Terminal just in front of the Cruise Ships ,also to the steps near the Opera House ( Mrs Macquaries Chair ? ) near the gates to the Botanical Gardens, I think it may be determined by marine traffic eg Harbour Ferries. tazza_0712 Posted February 25, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 25, 2018 Today, the tenders are dropping passengers off under the Harbour Bridge. Right at Dawes Point. I was on Radiance last year when we were forced to tender due to Ovation being at OPT, and we were taken to White Bay. So this is a definite improvement! Kiwi Kruzer Posted February 25, 2018 Author #7 Share Posted February 25, 2018 Just had a look at the AIS and it looks as if some of the tenders are making runs to both , the spot by the bridge , and to White Bay. Wonder if check in/out is at WB and the other is for B2B pax.

Rare MicCanberra Posted February 25, 2018 #12 Share Posted February 25, 2018 Maybe it is Darling harbour and not White Bay they are going to. or if it is White Bay they are getting some new entertainers and such.
