Hi, I know having FTTF we have priority tender off the ship..

Do we have priority to get back to the ship? If so how does that work

Nope. Still have to stand in line. That's a great idea though. I would pay more for FTTF for that feature

Ugh. Have it for first carnival cruise. Thought it would help in Key West with early port day. Thanks for the info.

Key West is not a tender port.

No. Having FTTF won't give you priority boarding for tenders returning to the ship. However, if you have mobility issues, and have to use a wheelchair, walker, or some similar device, you will be allowed to go to the head of the line.

we got priority tendering back to the ship the last time we had FTTF, but maybe that has changed?

Have never had that and I’ve been getting FTTF since 2015. Even being Platinum since last year doesn’t allow me to get Priority tendering back to the ship. It’s not a perk. From Carnival’s website:

Tender Priority

You will have priority tender service from ship to shore (multiple departure times may be possible) so you can explore ashore as quickly as you want to. When ready to go ashore, if not on a Carnival shore excursion, present yourself at the Guest Services Desk.

Note: This is also a benefit for VIFP Diamond and Platinum guests and guests traveling in deluxe suite accommodations.

That must be port dependent. Haven’t seen HC priority in any our tender ports- Catalina, Cabo, Kona.

Only Catalina uses fully compliant ADA tenders. The others you need to be able to walk a few steps.
