Thank you. I've sent an email to that address for the past four months (one a month) with no response except one automated that they received the message and I'd hear back from them. That was two months ago.

They really cannot do much until about 3 weeks before the cruise.

As far as I know, the rcldining email (and Marlene's help) is limited to seating requests for traditional dining.

I don't believe that department has anything to do with dining packages, only seating arrangements
