Airlie Beach tender

We'll be on the Voyager of the Seas and will tender in to Airlie Beach on April 20. Can anyone tell me where the tender arrives? Port of Airlie? A nearby marina?

 

I'm trying to book something independently and need to know. Someone on the Ports of Call board suggested I ask here. Thanks!

Before the cyclone it was Abel point marina - I am not sure now. Maybe call RC?

Port of Airlie is the normal tender point close to everything.

We were there last April about 10 days after Cyclone Debbie hit. We tendered into Airlie Beach. It's a beautiful place.

Airlie is a very small place. In Nov on Voyager OTS we were 'tendered' to the marina pier - the tendering was actually via large catamarans, which made it very fast and easy.

 

It was a short walk into 'town' from the drop-off.

 

Anyone you are trying to meet with for tours will find the place where you are dropped off, & you.

We’re on Radiance in a week and scheduled a flight over the Great Barrier Reef. We were told we’d tender into Abell Point and that’s where we’ll be picked up.
