libby15 Posted March 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2018 Hi everyone, thinking of going on the Marella Celebration Caribbean cruise this December because its all inclusive (Food and drinks) so we know what we are paying and no nasty surprises. Are there any other cruise company's which are completely all inclusive?
Rare Keith1010 Posted March 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 12, 2018 No one is completely inclusive but many of the luxury lines include spirits/wine/tips and many other things that other lines would charge for. They include: Crystal, Regent, Seabourn and Silversea. Keith
CruiserBruce Posted March 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2018 Marella is not all inclusive. There are extra charge restaurants, for example. This sounds more like the standard mid range market cruise line where some food and drink (probably no alcohol) is included. gambit57 Posted March 12, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 12, 2018 Gratuities. Some include them, some don't. But it's on the list of "extra charges" to check on.
jocap Posted March 12, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 12, 2018 If you've been offered an alcohol package on Celebration, then yes, it's more or less inclusive, because there's no tipping, so the major expenses are covered. Anything you spend will be in the shops, or extra special dining, so that's voluntary. I don't know of any middle of the road cruise lines which offer all this, but some lines do offer a package which includes tips and alcohol, sometimes at quite high rates. NCL do offer this package to cruisers in the UK- you need to check the difference in price with and without the package, as their alcohol sounds pricey compared to Marella, which is usually pub prices.
