swinny123 Posted March 17, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2018 I am looking to book Rhapsody of the Seas next year for our 25th wedding anniversary. Have cruised with RC many times before, but have always had a balcony cabin. We are looking to book a Junior Suite for the first time, and wondered whether we are best to book an Aft cabin or Midship? Both cabins are available on Deck 8. Any advice would be gratefully received Many Thanks
klfrodo Posted March 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 17, 2018 My wife and I had an Aft on deck 8 in 2016 for a Med cruise out of Venice. Loved everything about it BUT, the vibrations at times would almost bounce us out of the bed.

pup931 Posted March 3, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 3, 2023 Hi, we have booked a Jr. suite in the aft. I am trying to figure out if its better to get a midship one myself. I dont mind a little bit of vibration but how bad is it?

Yeah we know, we just got off Grandeur of the Seas and did the walk. We got a big credit because of problems and decided to use it on this ship as we will be in Panama anyway. We couldnt figure out if the vibrations were going to be a problem but the wrap around looks great and it seems it only vibrates in port.
