Can you get the benefits of the Summer and Beyond Sale and also get the free cabin upgrade as an Elite in Captain’s Club?

I've not done it on this particular promotion, however on other promotions I've been told no when I booked, then called my TA's customer service department after booking confirmation was received and had them apply it. If you're booking with X directly I don't think they will, but am not sure.

You get the CC upgrade regardless of the sale. Just booked another cruise on the Equinox and we got the sale and the upgrade. Paid for an A2 and got an A1.

As others have said, yes you can so be sure to ask but keep in mind that some of these sales are no bargain. I checked the prices on both of the cruises we have booked and they are higher with this sale.
