When i asked the agent if the remaining deposit had to be used within a year (in the case where we had to cancel), he responded "I don't think so". We were going to switch anyways due to the savings, but just shows you to not trust what they say. Do not trust the NC people. Their level of knowledge ranges from good to nonexistent. I asked one here on the Grandeur if the new Panoramic Oceanview cabins had refrigerators. She said, "oh, all of the cabins on the Grandeur have a refrigerator." I stared at her for a moment and said, "No, all of the interiors and all of the ocean views do NOT have refrigerators. That's why I'm asking about the new cabins. " She was amazed. However, new conditions were introduced for booking made AFTER 05.04.18 ( 5th April ‘18) I have attached the details of bookings of 5 days or more.
