Refreshment Package Question

I've searched & all the answers seem to be regarding the alcohol packages. Does the same policy of all passengers in a cabin being required to purchase apply to the refreshment Package (or is just the alcohol packages)?

 

I was thinking of getting DD a refreshment Package since she loves smoothies, etc, but the rest of us don't really drink them.

I called today and had an exception placed on my reservation.

I will get the wife the alcohol package and I will purchase the Royal Refreshment package.

No problem at all.

Remember you must call Royal so they note your reservation

Does the refreshment package consist of any fresh juices or smoothies that are not Orange juice?

Depends on the ship On Oasis class, the Vitality cafe has smoothies and other juices.
