They have minivan taxis, which would take 5 or 6 people depending on the amount of luggage. Might take two minivan taxis for a party of 8.

There is no flat rate for a taxi to the airport. There is a flat rate if you are using a shuttle van and it is way overpriced, so I would use two cabs (or Uber). The rate is metered and should run about $14.00 each cab plus tip, approximately.
