Lucky TGO Posted May 29, 2018 #52 Share Posted May 29, 2018 And in the dining room they can order from the children's menu which has chicken fingers. The best thing on the children’s menu is the Volcano ice cream desert. :D Tony

happy cruzer Posted May 29, 2018 #54 Share Posted May 29, 2018 Thanks for posting the pictures. Did you happen to take some of the buffet? Lots of good items to try and the traditional items too. I love the Italian items that hearken back to the origins of PCL.

pinkhoney22 Posted May 29, 2018 #57 Share Posted May 29, 2018 Sorry didn’t get to take pictures from the buffet. Pizza from Slice was really good though, my 3yr old enjoyed it everyday. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
tracyd1014 Posted May 29, 2018 #58 Share Posted May 29, 2018 We were on the Caribbean Princess early May and the food was outstanding. They shouldn’t have any problems with what is offered. Sent from my iPad using Forums
metairiegal Posted May 30, 2018 #59 Share Posted May 30, 2018 I believe this is night 3 when pinkhoney went to Planks. How is the Pad Thai on the ship? Has anyone had it?
Tucker in Texas Posted May 30, 2018 #60 Share Posted May 30, 2018 Wow! Our server made a point of telling us that they COULD add chicken breast to it if we wished. Chicken, yes. Shrimp, no when I asked.
caribill Posted May 31, 2018 #61 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Wow! Our server made a point of telling us that they COULD add chicken breast to it if we wished. Chicken is a standard option for this, even if not well publicized. So it is no surprise that the server said it could be added.
Tucker in Texas Posted May 31, 2018 #62 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Chicken is a standard option for this, even if not well publicized. So it is no surprise that the server said it could be added. When I asked for the shrimp, he then told me I could have chicken but couldn't do shrimp. As I said, there is more than one way to skin a cat (lol). VaCruzers Posted June 5, 2018 #65 Share Posted June 5, 2018 Was the pub lunch offered on both sea days? Thanks! We sailed last week. There were 3 sea days on our itinerary. Pub lunch was only offered once.
Rare arctickitty Posted June 16, 2018 #66 Share Posted June 16, 2018 A food "trick" I liked was that when we wanted more vegetables, we just asked for extra vegetables when ordering. They would bring out these big bowls of beautifully steamed vegetables. Yum!
