roll calls question

is there a way to add a spreadsheet to the roll call so members can fill in their names and the events we are planning that they want to attend? I have one started off line, but would be so much easier to get everyone involved. Thanks!

Can you just post a link to like a google docs spreadsheet?

That is what our organizer did. Link to Google Doc in our Roll Call thread. Worked Great. Ck out Call for 6/17 Escape Sailing to view....

yes us too. Steve added a google link for spreadsheet.

Google docs work great until someone decides to delete some or all of the spreadsheet. We have had that happen before when anyone with the link can access and edit spreadsheet. So if you do use one - I suggest the Meet & Greet organizer (or someone) makes frequent backups and keeps them offline.
