Internet pre-buy for Dawn

Hello,

 

We are sailing in a Sail Away cabin. I would like to pre-buy the 250 minutes Internet package, but all Internet options are missing from my options page for a Dawn sailing in August.

 

Any idea why?

No idea why it is missing. But, the ships are converting over to the three tier service (social media, internet, streaming).

It will show up in a few weeks. Those are some of the last things to appear.

Check with your cell carrier. Mine is T Mobile, and once we get to Bermuda, I can use text and data for free, and make calls for 0.20 cents a minute, but only in Bermuda. On the ship, you can use the Norwegian iConcierge app to make calls and text. But you have to download it, then once on the ship put your phone in airplane mode, and connect to the ship`s wifi.

Internet Packages showed up on MyNCL for me at 60 days before cruise date.

You can only make calls and text to other people on the ship with that app. You cannot use it to call off the ship.

Not according to the FAQ`s. You can call off ship, too. Or doesn`t it work on the Dawn?
