I would like to pre-buy the 250 minutes Internet package, but all Internet options are missing from my options page for a Dawn sailing in August. Any idea why? Mine is T Mobile, and once we get to Bermuda, I can use text and data for free, and make calls for 0.20 cents a minute, but only in Bermuda. On the ship, you can use the Norwegian iConcierge app to make calls and text. But you have to download it, then once on the ship put your phone in airplane mode, and connect to the ship`s wifi. Not according to the FAQ`s. You can call off ship, too.
