Spiked Milkshakes on ships without a Shake Spot?

We cruised 2 years ago on the Sunshine and I enjoyed the various spiked milkshakes. We are now going on the Magic next months and I was wondering if it is possible to get spiked milkshakes on ships that only have a coffee bar? I guess with Cheers I could just get a shot separately and mix into the milkshakes.

On the Miracle, they would spike anything you wanted, coffee, hot chocolate (DH loved that), and milkshakes.

Or like you said just go to the icecream machine and mix your shot in the flavor of your choice
