When to book entertainment?

Hi Everyone, I feel dumb because I must be looking in the wrong place and cant find this answer. When are you able to book your on board entertainment? I am on the Harmony of the Seas May 6, 2019. I go into Cruise Planner and click on Entertainment it says "Sorry, we cannot reserve this right now. Please try again on board the ship." I know I am far in advance but I am curious as to when this normally opens up? Any ideas? I definitely dont want to wait until I am on-board the ship like the site says to do.

Thanks for verifying this fact. We too are sailing February 2019 and unable to book entertainment or specialty dining, etc. Oasis class ship is new to us, so am finding this unusual.

 

Royal Caribbean computer system is "down" tomorrow, Sunday the 3rd for maintenance. Maybe they will start to get things fixed.
