Chicken & Waffles on Caribbean Princess

I was on the Caribbean Princess last week and noticed chicken and waffles at the buffet. Can't remember if it was at lunch or dinner.

It's a great combination when you take a piece of fried chicken (preferably a breast), put it on the fresh waffle, pour on a nice portion of hot maple syrup and dig in!!

Read negative posts from March that on the Ruby in the MDR the Princess version was 2 drumsticks...no thanks! :eek:

I think the OP is referring to the MarketPlace on the CB, which has/had a "Breakfast at Dinner" station every evening.....And yes they widely advertised Chicken and Waffles, but like all Princess buffet's by the 3rd night the C&W's morfed into left-overs & waffles, no more chicken but ridiculous thinks like smoke salmon & waffles, cream spinach & waffles and so help me god, one night Pepperoni & waffles...

 

Must have sounded good on paper in Santa Clarita, but onboard, not so much

I just went and found the photo, take note of the maple syrup in the bottom .... cheesy waffles and peperoni and maple syrup ...Yum !

 

 

 

Grew up near Santa Clarita, none of that sounds good. Should point them to a great place a few miles away from the main office.

 

This thread has made me crave this.
