Your form was submitted successfully, please allow 15 business days for a response. Norwegian Cruise Line Guest Relations To what is this referring? We are cruising to Cuba. Has anyone seen this in relation to that travel form? That is the only thing I can think of but I filled that out and printed it a while ago....
