We purchased some on board credit for our upcoming cruise on Royal about a week ago.

Our other OBCs (FCC & sales promotion) appear in our account but not the purchased credit. Does anyone know if it should show up there?

i can't remember where mine showed up when i did this. try in the personalizer in your booking, look at the 'boarding pass and travel summary' and see if it shows up in the travel summary.

Any FCD purchased on board will be charged to your credit card on file used to back up your folio on the cruise. You can change it however when you buy the FCD. All OBC that you fund yourself before boarding is refundable unlike the OBC from FCD used to book the cruise, shareholder OBC which are not refundable.

Charged directly to your credit card and not to your on board account.
