NCL crew asking feedback on excursions

It used to be that from time to time when we got back from an excursion an NCL crew member would be stationed pretty near the drop off point on the way back asking people to rate their experience. I thought that was great. For some reason haven't seen that for awhile. Is this only done when using a new tour operator?

most feedback these day is via an online survey you get after your cruise

I have never seen anything like that, it must have been years ago.

I have never come across that situation but I always give a written feedback, positive and/or negative, for every shorex I do. The Shorex staff are always very receptive and say they wish more people would do it.
