Can you take fresh flowers onboard?

Recommended Posts

I usually carry a good size open tote with one of our bottles of wine and the bouquet of flowers. Sometimes I get one or two stems bent, but having them wrapped in cellophane or tissue helps. Amazing how many people comment that they wish they had thought of the idea.

Renee--we're booked on the May 17 Amsterdam cruise as well! I'm really looking forward to it.

My experience is the same as the above poster. The flowers are often  loosely wrapped  in plastic, then I get the floral sleeve,  the kind that has a sealed bottom. I place a plastic cup ( from the hotel) in the bottom of the sealed flower bag, add a small amount of water and the flowers. Just place the bouquet( in the plastic sleeve)  in an open carry on tote and we rarely have any issues.

This is our process most every cruise, since the RCCL flower carts were discontinued.
