Since Moderno is no longer on the Bliss, is there an alternate restaurant that you can choose from for your "Dinner for Two at Moderno or La Cucina" benefit?

Sorry for the semi hijack..BirdTravels, when it says entree, does that mean any side dishes must be paid for? So if I order a steak in Cagneys, I don't get a vegetable or potato included?
