Which Venice card do I need?

My lovely wife and I will be spending 3 days in Venice pre-cruise and the variety of tourist cards is making my head spin. We are going to see as much as we can so will purchase the 48 or 72 hour vaporetto card BUT which tourist card should I consider or is it not worth it?

Thanks,

David

Depends what you want to see. You need to check out the prices of the places you want to go to, then work out if any of the tourist cards will save you money.

We just had 2 days in Venice, but had been to the Doges Palace & St Marks before, so we just bought entry tickets to the Peggy Guggenheim Gallery.

(BTW, if you want to go to the Doges Palace I recommend doing the ‘Secret Itinerary’ tour. It’s excellent.
