We are taking the Miracle in October and this is our first Premier Cruise. I read about a few things, but was wondering if anyone has taken the Premier on the Miracle recently and what you received? Thanks! :D:D:D

Search here for Premier. "What" you get vary on the Executive Host in charge of that specific event.

We love the Miracle and will be sailing on her again in January on a Dealer's Choice casino cruise. We have done many Premier cruises on Carnival and there will be a welcome party on sailing day where you will receive all the info you will need. There will be casino cash for you and free drinks while in the casino for you and your spouse. The Miracle casino is spacious and laid out well. Good luck and have a great time!

The "Dealer's Choice" is just a fancy name for the casino offer. There will not be any special parties or activities.

We went on our first premier cruise in April. You’ll get priority boarding. When your room is ready you’ll have lanyards with drinks on us cards in the casino for you and the second person in your room. Like above mentioned there’ll be a welcome aboard party to go over events for the week that’ll have drinks and finger foods. During the week you’ll get little gifts in your room: cookies, champagne, and we each received a black casino bag. There are different events scheduled where casino cash will be given away.

I’m not the casino player, DH is, but I got to enjoy many of the perks too.

Just wanted to add to the above accurate description: Some of the different events for cash giveaways are "snowball" raffles, cash cow, casino pong, and card match. The snowball raffle can get up to $1500 or more. Depending on what casino rate gets booked, which is determined by previous levels of play, you will receive either casino cash or casino credit from $50 or $100 up to $1.000. I used to get $300 cash, then $200 cash, then $200 credit.

The welcome aboard casino event is like the Platinum & Diamond past guest party, except they don't show the Carnival ship tape. The gifts in the room can be like the serenity deck towels, beach bag or such, better quality than the P&D gifts, all with the Carnival Players Club logo.

I'm sailing the Miracle in a week, strictly for the premier cruise events, otherwise I prefer ships in the Dream or Vista class now. Sailed the Miracle 8 or 10 years ago and I wasn't that impressed with the ship then.

We just booked our first Premier cruise on the Magic in January. We booked it under my husband’s account because he had a $1000 offer and I only had a $50 one. I don’t know why mine is so much lower because I spend almost as much time as him in the casino. Anyways, will I be able to attend the welcome party with him?

Yes, the Premier activites are open to those traveling with the invited guests so you will get two of everything.

You will even be entered into the snowball and other drawings limited to premier guests. If only your husband is there and your name gets called, you will be SOL.
