It's the only way we have ever done it, the bill at the end doesn't seem so bad that way. Either contact MSC directly or have your TA do it for you if you are using one.

I would like to know this as well. I do not see anywhere on their website where you can do this.

Yes you can!!!

 

2 ways to do so - u can call MSC and pre-pay the gratuities - or the 2nd option is go online and purchase an onboard credit roughly in the amount of the gratuities

The Hotel Service Charge for Mediterranean cruises

Adults (12yrs and over): 10 Euro ($12.50) per night

Child (2yrs and over): 5 Euro ($6.25) per night

Child (under 2yrs): No Service Charge

The Hotel Service Charge is the same with every Experience including Yacht Club.

This might seem rather obvious, but by definition, the only time you can pre-pay gratuities is prior to a cruise.
